This Distributor Policy outlines the terms and conditions for distributing OSO Padel products as an authorized distributor of OSO Padel. By becoming a Distributor of OSO Padel, you agree to comply with the terms stated in this Policy. Distributor Qualifications<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Application:<\/strong> To become an authorized Distributor, interested parties must submit a completed application form provided by OSO Padel. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>

Business Requirements:<\/strong> Distributors must have a valid business license and operate a physical retail store, online store, or a combination of both, to sell the Products. Distributors should have an established customer base and demonstrate the ability to effectively market and sell the Products.<\/span><\/p>

Territory:<\/strong> Distributors will be assigned a specific territory for the distribution of OSO Padel Products. The assigned territory will be agreed upon between OSO Padel and the Distributor, and may be subject to exclusivity based on performance and market potential.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Product Procurement:<\/strong> Distributors must purchase the Products directly from OSO Padel or its authorized representatives. Reselling, distributing, or sourcing Products from unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>

Product Pricing:<\/strong> Distributors are expected to price the Products in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s suggested retail price (MSRP) provided by OSO Padel. Deviations from the MSRP require prior written approval from OSO Padel.<\/span><\/p>

Product Display:<\/strong> Distributors must ensure that the Products are presented in a professional and appealing manner. This includes using OSO Padel-approved marketing materials and displaying the Products in a clean and well-maintained environment.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Brand Representation:<\/strong> Distributors must represent the OSO Padel brand in a positive and accurate manner, adhering to OSO Padel\u2019s brand guidelines and marketing materials. Distributors should not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unfair marketing practices that may harm the reputation of OSO Padel or its Products.<\/span><\/p>

Online Sales:<\/strong> Distributors may sell the Products through their own authorized online store. However, sales through third-party online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) require written approval from OSO Padel. Distributors must maintain a professional online presence that aligns with OSO Padel\u2019s brand image.<\/span><\/p>

Marketing Support:<\/strong> OSO Padel may provide Distributors with marketing materials, training, and promotional support to enhance the promotion and sale of the Products. Distributors are encouraged to actively participate in marketing initiatives and leverage the provided resources.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Customer Service:<\/strong> Distributors should offer prompt and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and warranty claims in a timely manner. Compliance with Policies:<\/strong> Distributors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including this Distributor Policy. Failure to comply may result in termination of the distributorship agreement.<\/span><\/p>

Termination:<\/strong> OSO Padel reserves the right to terminate the distributorship agreement with any Distributor for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with this Policy, unauthorized distribution channels, unethical business practices, or damage to the OSO Padel brand reputation.<\/span><\/p>

Intellectual Property:<\/strong> Distributors acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights associated with the OSO Padel brand, including trademarks and copyrights, are owned by OSO Padel. Distributors shall not use or reproduce any OSO Padel intellectual property without prior written consent.<\/span><\/p>

By becoming an authorized Distributor of OSO Padel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Distributor Policy.
