EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Returns: Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you are unsatisfied with the item received. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged
Return/Exchange Period
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return or exchange process.
Unsatisfied with Product: If you are unsatisfied with the product received, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return/Exchange Process

Product Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or initiate the exchange as per your request.
Refunds
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Refund Amount: The refund will include the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges or additional fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged product.
Exceptions and Additional Notes
Used or Altered Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
